QC PayBright was created out of a need to offer merchants an alternative to big bank processors who do not create value or share an interest in their merchant’s success.

Meet the Team

Brice Grimm

CEO/Founder

I was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and moved to Wilmington, NC in 2017, where I attended college and worked in the service industry.

In 2019, I relocated to Charlotte and gained experience with companies like Peloton, Spectrum, and a fast-growing tech startup, building a strong foundation in customer service, sales, and technology.

I found my true calling in payment solutions because I understand how challenging it can be for local businesses to manage costs and streamline operations.

My mission is simple: to help business owners save money while building lasting relationships. As the founder of QC PayBright, I’m focused on making our company Charlotte’s premier provider of merchant services, payment processing, and POS solutions. We don’t require contracts because I believe in earning our clients’ business every month through trust and results.

I’m also active in the local business community as a member of the BNI Ballantyne @ 9 chapter, where I connect with other entrepreneurs to support growth and collaboration across Charlotte.

We proudly work with small businesses and mid-market companies across a wide range of industries—including hospitality, retail, trades and home services, eCommerce, professional services, and non-profits. Whether you’re just getting started or processing millions annually, there’s no threshold to who we can help.

In addition to in-person payment solutions, we specialize in card-not-present environments—offering seamless software and CRM integrations, including QuickBooks and other invoicing or billing platforms. From low-risk to high-risk industries, our mission remains the same: to deliver customized, reliable payment solutions, eliminate unnecessary fees, and help businesses grow with confidence.

Outside of work, I live in Ballantyne with my fiancée and our golden retriever, Texas River. When I’m not helping business owners, you’ll usually find me enjoying concerts, hitting the golf course, or spending time with friends and family near a body of water.

Andrea Chavez

As an account manager and POS troubleshooting/customer service support professional, I have extensive experience providing personalized support to our clients.

Whether it's helping to troubleshoot POS issues or delivering top-notch customer service, I am committed to ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience.

My specialization lies in catering to our vibrant Hispanic community, where I have dedicated myself to building strong relationships and working diligently to provide a wonderful experience. Recognizing the unique needs and preferences within this community, I am passionate about tailoring our services to create a seamless and culturally sensitive interaction.

Through effective communication and a deep understanding of their requirements, I strive to exceed expectations and contribute to the overall satisfaction of our valued Hispanic clientele.
